Bio:
Dr. Martinez grew up in San Antonio. She attended St. Mary’s University, majoring in Biology, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1996. Following her graduation she entered the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio, earning a Doctor of Medicine degree in 2001. She then spent four years as an OB/GYN Resident at the Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. It was during her residency that Dr. Martinez obtained high-risk obstetrical experience.
After completing her residency, Dr. Martinez returned to San Antonio and joined the Riverwalk OB/GYN group practice. She has provided comprehensive care to women at all stages in their lives. She has significant clinical experience with teen and young adult gynecology care. Her motivation to provide high-level quality care to women, combined with her desire to offer personalized patient service, has led her to start her own OB/GYN practice, Magnolia Women’s Care.
